Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

 

Rates

Flat rate shipping: $8 per order.

FREE shipping on orders of $150 or more.

 

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During drops and high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

 

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Lost or stolen packages

XENO is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help however we can.
